Expect much for breakfast, a coffee & cornetto is the norm.

Be enticed  in by someone,  menus in Italian are  always a good sign.

Ask for parmesan it will be offered if it  is appropriate.

Expect complex  salads, they will always  be elegantly simple &  utterly delicious.

Visit a  vineyard for fantastic  wine tours & tastings.

Rush,  meals are meant to  be savoured in Italy.
