We started 2012 with a holiday. It may not seem like we need one, living in Thailand and all, but most of the last three months has been spent on our laptops working away. We were burnt out and in need of a laptop-free break.

We’ve been tagged by Ashley of No Onions Extra Pickles, who we had the pleasure of meeting in San Francisco, in a game of travel blogger ABCs. From A to Z we’ll share how we got started travelling and some of our favourite experiences, food and destinations along the way.

We learnt the importance of an annual review from Chris Guillebeau. The idea is to set aside some time at the end of the year to look back at what did and didn’t go well, and to make plans for what you’d like to achieve in the upcoming year. We’ll be conducting our annual review in the next few weeks and we’d love your help to improve Never Ending Voyage.

November has mostly been a month of settling down in our Chiang Mai apartment and getting some work done. Although we haven’t visited many of the tourist attractions we’ve been enjoying local life – buying fruit, vegetables and fresh rice noodles at the markets, whizzing around town on our moped, meeting up with friends at one of the many delicious vegetarian restaurants, and attending some local festivals.
